Hi everyone.  I have tried several methods in the past to protect myself from picking other peoples' negative energy and have found that not much has worked. If any of you have a simple yet powerful method to block this type of energy, I would love to hear from you. Also, every day I notice small but clear little specks (round in nature) all over the place. I see this a lot when I am outdoors and trying to make sense of it. Anyone see these as well? Thank you:)See More
