Dressing for a green salad:

 - 1 cup of olive oil

-1/4 cup of balsamic vineger

-1 tea sp suger

-1/2 tea sp salt

-1 tea sp mustard

-1/2 tea sp of red paprika

- 2 clove of freash garlic

-1-2 kale leaves

- a lot of love

Put all ingredience to the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Enjoy!

The heart meditation was fantastic and fun. It is kind of contagious - haha - I cannot get it out of my head and now we sing it one to another at home - it is fun and beautiful...Thank You!
